Privacy policy

This is a working draft for the pre-launch validation program and will be replaced by a reviewed policy before general availability.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and profile picture. If you request access we store the name, organisation and purpose you enter, and the decision an administrator makes. We keep standard request logs for security and reliability.

How we use it

To identify you, decide and record access to a workspace, and operate the service. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored on Google Cloud in the United States (us-central1), encrypted at rest and in transit. Test evidence such as screenshots and traces is retained for the period configured on your workspace and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your personal data by emailing hello@agonexa.com.
